As a sort of addendum to the earlier essay on Just War Doctrine, I have to share a video that I watched via Facebook. Then-senator Joseph Biden, appearing on Hardball, weighed in – as a constitutional scholar, no less – on presidential authority to launch attacks on foreign nations.
Mr. Biden doesn’t much touch on the religious and moral doctrines, but then again, his position on abortion shows he’s not much of a Catholic….
