His support for pro-abortion advocates extends to his support for Barak Obama and inviting pro-abortion speakers to address his congregation from the pulpit. Has a long history of heretical statements and positions contrary to the Magisterium.

You respect this man's contributions as a politician? He committed ethics violations… as a politician he was found lying and paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in a settlement in order for there not to be an investigation. His party hated him so much as speaker of the house they made him resign!
I feel so confused about Catholics these days… it seems you can be the most disgusting human being ever… lie, cheat, get divorces, etc… yet if you go on tv and say, "abortion is bad" you could considered for sainthood almost…
And Christ turned to a murderer, revolutionary, and rapist and promised that for his faith, he would join the Father in Paradise. That man was Dismas, who was crucified next to Christ.
I believe that all men and women are capable of salvation, all are worthy of forgiveness. I would love to be able to add Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, Joe Courtney, and scores of other politicians who openly defy the Magisterium to this list. I believe that God is calling them to listen – and pray they have the ears to hear.
